We are looking for a commercially minded professional to join our business development function, helping to grow SNOW's client base and deepen existing relationships across the renewable energy value chain.
You will work closely with our founding team to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and represent SNOW at industry events.
In this role, you will be responsible for mapping the competitive landscape, identifying new advisory mandates, and building relationships with developers, investors, and policymakers across Europe.
You will prepare tailored pitch materials, capability statements, and engagement strategies, tracking pipeline activity and ensuring timely follow-up.
We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within financial services, consulting, or the energy sector.
Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and an existing network in the energy or infrastructure space are highly valued.
