Offshore Wind Project Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced project development professional to lead early-stage offshore wind development work for our clients across Northern Europe.

You will oversee site assessment, permitting strategy, stakeholder engagement, and early financial structuring for greenfield offshore wind projects.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, regulators, and local authorities to advance projects from concept through to ready-to-build stage.

Strong knowledge of offshore wind permitting frameworks in at least one major European market (UK, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark) is required. Familiarity with floating offshore wind is a strong advantage.

You should have 5+ years of experience in offshore wind or a closely related sector, with a track record of successfully advancing projects through early development phases.

This position is based in Amsterdam, with regular travel across Europe.
